Color, File Preparation and Printing
› How do I match colors?
-Use a certified Pantone book or come on in to the shop and we can help you with your selection.
› What is the printing process?
-Very simple, we produce job in the order they arrive-in. It can be done in as little as 1 day to 7 days for press jobs. No job is too big or small.
› What size or scale should I prepare files?

Production
› How many colors can we output?
- Unlimited if it's in full color. Anything you can think of, we can print. Prices vary for single to full color printing, so call to inquire.
› How long does it take to produce?
- Normal time line for signs is 3-5 days. Press production run is 5-7 working days. Yes, Yes...we can accomdate drop dead deadlines, Redlining-to-the-finish, last minute, needed yesteday jobs too. Call us.
As in any situation, delays can occur from many circumstances. We do try our absolute best to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service anywhere.

Policies and Warranties
› Returns and Cancellations - Cancellation must be done 48 hours before job is set to print or 1 day before production begins to receive 100% of deposit.
› Warranties - We assure you of the highest quality. We accept and will refund jobs which is reasonably unsatisfactory to you.
› Terms of Payment - We accept the most common form of payment.
